摘要
目的：探讨多发大肠息肉病的临床病理特点及诊断、鉴别诊断要点。方法：通过临床资料、肠镜及病理检查对2例大肠息肉病进行观察，总结其特点，并结合文献加以分析。结论：大肠息肉病恶变率极高，诊断依赖临床、肠镜、病理三方面的结合。
Objective： To explore the multiple polyposis colorectal elinicopathologie features, diagnosis, and differential diagnosis. Methods The clinical data, colonoscopy and pathological examination in two cases of colorectal polyposis observation, sum up its characteristics, combined with literature analysis. Conclusion ： The high rate of colorectal polyps malignant disease, diagnostic reliance on clinical, colonoscopy, pathological combination of three aspects.
