摘要
目的:探讨以人为本在护理管理中的应用。方法:了解护理工作者的心理需求及以人为本的护理模式下指导的相应护理管理,指出目前实施以人为本护理管理过程中存在的一些问题及其对策。结果:进行以人为本的护理管理可让护理工作者树立良好的工作信心,为临床护士营造一个积极、主动、有更多思考和创新的工作氛围和能发挥才干的良好机制和环境。结论:护理管理者应尊重、关心、理解、信任护士,使她们以饱满的工作热情投入到工作中,才能更好地为病人提供以人为本的护理服务。
