Brainstorm on the 3rd International Cultural Industries Forum

2009年11月28日至29日,"第三届国际文化产业论坛"在广州举行,来自世界12个国家和地区的文化产业精英就"网络、互动、融合——全球金融危机背景下的文化产业的机遇"这一主题进行了交流和讨论。论坛设立了动漫产业、新媒体产业、影视产业、创意产业等专业分论坛,并展开了详细的讨论和广泛的学术交流。本刊选取其中部分中外专家学者的学术观点和研究成果编辑成四个主题,标题和内文由本刊编者拟定,内容系根据大会现场录音和主办方新闻通稿整理而成(部分内容未经发言者审阅)。

The International Cultural Industries Forum (ICI Forum) was held in Guangzhou on November 28 and 29,2009.Centered on the theme of the ICI Forum 'Opportunities of Cultural Industries under the Global Financial Crisis' and the I-CULTURE Keywords'INTERNET,INTERACTION,INTEGRATION',elites in cultural industries from 12 countries and regions around the world held discussions and debates. There were several plenary sessions during the ICI Forum,i.e. the New Media Forum 2009,the Film Industry Forum,the Animation Forum,the Creative Industry Pattern Forum and the World Heritage Forum. According to the recording materials and news release from the ICI Forum,Urban Insight selects some of the viewpoints from experts home and abroad and compiles them into the four topics of this article.
