The rapid development of the Pearl River Delta Agglomerations is the trend of the time, yet it still meets various constraints. To develop a sustainable world-class Pearl River Deka Agglomeration, what we need to do first is to have the knowledge of its history as well as constraints before integrating the ideas, the functional planning, the industrial cooperation and the coordination of interests.
