摘要
本文将技术转移置于区域创新系统内,构建面向西部技术转移系统全面测度技术转移绩效,运用Malmquist指数进行技术转移绩效测度,西部11个省市区的技术转移面板数据进行处理,从技术进步和技术效率两个方面实现对西部技术转移绩效动态分析,最后根据分析得出相关结论并给出了政策建议。
In this paper, technology transfer will be placed on regional innovation system, the study of the western-oriented technology transfer factors. This paper built the western-oriented technology transfer system to measure the performance of technology transfer. Malmquist index is used in this paper, selecting the panel data of 11 provinces and cities in the West for technology transfer for processing, thus, from the two aspects of technological progress and technical efficiency to achieve technology transfer performance of dynamic analysis of the western 11 provinces and cities, finally based on an analysis gives relevant conclusions and policy recommendations.
