摘要
学术界一直将组织学习视为提升组织适应能力的重要手段,却忽视了伴随组织学习的另一适应方式——组织遗忘(OF)的重要性。目前有关OF的研究相对分散,对其文献进行系统梳理显得十分必要。鉴于此,本文从"自然属性"和"社会属性"两方面对OF研究进行全面回顾,在剖析其内涵、类型、模式以及与其他领域研究关系基础上,对OF未来研究提出前瞻性建议。
Organizational learning has long been treated as an important means to enhance the adaptive capacity of organizations, while the importance of Organizational Forgetting (OF) which is another aspect of organizational learning ignored. Researches about OF are comparatively dispersed, thus it is of necessity to systematically review all the previous literatures. This paper undergoes a whole review of the researches concerned from "natural attribute" and "social attribute". On the basis of expounding the connotation, type, system and relations with other fields, the authors attempt to put forth some forward-looking suggestions, with a view to open the horizon of researchers and to promote more attention on this field
