摘要
动态能力的研究已经扩展到创业领域,尽管成熟企业动态能力的研究已经成为战略管理领域的重要分支,但是,在创业领域才刚刚开始。前人已经开始研究联盟和资源充裕程度对动态能力的影响,然而并未深入考虑创业网络如何影响动态能力。本文不仅实证了创业网络强度对动态能力的直接影响,更重要的是深入揭示其内在影响机制,因而探讨了组织学习的中介作用。结论表明,创业网络强度不仅对动态能力具有直接的积极影响,还可以通过组织学习对动态能力具有间接的积极影响,组织学习在创业网络强度与动态能力之间起着完全中介作用。
Research of dynamic capability has been in this field although it has been an important branch of scholars have further study trepreneurial extended to the entrepreneurship field. It is the beginning strategic management in established companies. And some to study the relationship between the alliance and dynamic capability, however, they didn't how network affects dynamic capability. This paper not only empirically studied the direct effect of ennetwork intensity on dynamic capability, but also explored the intermediary role of organizational learning between the above relationship. The results showe positive impact on dynamic capability, but also has an izational learning. And organizational learning plays a intensity and the dynamic capability in new ventures that enturepreneurial network intensity not only has a direct indirect positive impact on dynamic capability through organcomplete intermediary role between entrepreneurial network There are two innovations in this paper, firstly, we constructthe conception model which involves in network intensity, organizational learning and dynamic capability. Secondly, we empirically examine the intermediary effect of organizational learning.
