摘要
急性淋巴细胞白血病具有恶性程度高、复发率高、多重耐药、预后差等特点,其治疗存在较大困难。化疗为其治疗的主要手段,不同化疗方案与预后治疗效果有关。靶向基因治疗在化疗过程中取得明显效果,现将近年来靶向基因治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病的研究进展综述如下。
Acute lymphoblastic leukemia with a high degree of malignancy,recurrence rate,multi-drug resistance,poor prognosis features,there is a greater diffi culty in its treatment.Chemotherapy for their primary means of treatment,different treatment regimen and prognosis related.Targeted gene therapy in the course of chemotherapy has achieved remarkable results,now in recent years,targeted gene therapy of acute lymphoblastic leukemia research are summarized below.
