摘要
目的探讨子宫动脉化疗栓塞术对子宫腺肌病疼痛和月经改善的疗效。方法27例子宫腺肌症患者采用seldinger's方法行双侧子宫动脉栓塞术。介入治疗后3个月和6个月后定量观察患者疼痛和月经改善情况,并进行分析。结果27例患者手术均成功,术后患者3月、6月疼痛缓解临床有效率分别为85.1%、88.9%,月经量分别减少60.1%、52.1%。结论子宫动脉化疗栓塞术对子宫腺肌症的治疗,近期疗效非常好,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To discuss the curative effect in adenomyosis by uterine artery embolization.Methods The Seldinger＇s method was used for uterine artery embolism to treat adenomyosis in 27 cases.The quantity of ache and emmenia were observed 3 and 6 months after treatment.Result The operations of all case are successful.The clinical efficiency rate of 3 months and 6 months after treatment were 85.1% and 88.9% respectively.The quantity of emmenia were reduced 60.1% and 52.1% respectively.Conclusion The recent effect of intervenlional treatment for hysteromyoma is good.It is worth to be applicated in the clinical work.
