介入再通术结合中医治疗输卵管阻塞不孕症的临床研究

Interventional recanalization combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat tubal obstruction infertility

目的探讨介入再通术结合中医治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床应用价值。方法146例输卵管阻塞性不孕症分为两组。观察组76例,148支输卵管阻塞;对照组70例138支输卵管阻塞。观察组在介入性再通术后辅以中药治疗;对照组单纯行介入性输卵管再通术。所有病例6个月后复查并比较两组的疗效。结果观察组妊娠率为48.68%(37/76),术后再粘连率为16.79%(23/137);对照组妊娠率为28.57%(20/70)(P<0.05),术后再粘连率为29.37%(37/126)(P<0.05)。结论介入再通术结合中医治疗可明显降低输卵管再通术后粘连率,提高受孕率。

Objective To investigate the value of interventional recanalization combined with traditional Chinese medicine to treat tubal obstruction infertility.Methods 146 patients with obstructive tubal infertility were divided into two groups.In the observation group there were 76 cases with 148 tubal obstruction;control group,70 cases with 138 tubal obstruction.Observer Group received interventional recanalization after supplemented with traditional Chinese medicine treatment;the control group received only interventional fallopian tube recanalization.All cases were reviewed after 6 months and the effi cacy of the two groups was compared.Results In the observation group the pregnancy rate was 48.68%（37/76）,postoperative adhesion rate was 16.79%（23/137）;in the control group,the pregnancy rate was 28.57%（20/70）（Plt;0.05）,postoperative adhesion rate was 29.37%（37/126）（P lt;0.05）.Conclusion The combination of interventional recanalization with Chinese medicine treatment can significantly reduce postoperative adhesions fallopian tube recanalization rate,increased pregnancy rate.
