经皮左肱动脉置管持续灌注化疗的护理

Care of continuous intra-arterial chemotherapy with percutaneous left brachial artery catheterization

目的探讨经皮左肱动脉置管持续动脉灌注化疗的临床护理要点。方法对95例腹部恶性肿瘤患者采用经皮左肱动脉置管持续灌注化疗进行回顾性分析并总结其临床护理要点。结果本组经皮左肱动脉置管持续灌注化疗过程顺利。结论治疗中采取有效的护理和心理支持,可减轻治疗副反应,减少了并发症的发生,加快患者身心恢复。

Objective To explore the care technique of continuous intra-arterial chemotherapy with percutaneous left brachial artery catheterization.Methods 95 cases of abdominal malignant tumors were treated by continuous intra-arterial chemotherapy with percutaneous left brachial artery catheterization,and their data were retrospectively analyzed and summarized the main points of clinical care.Results The continuous intra-arterial chemotherapy with percutaneous left brachial artery catheterization was done smoothly.Conclusion Effective care and psychological support in the treatment may reduce side effects,occurrence of complications and help for physical and psychological recovery.
