摘要
目的探讨臭氧介入治疗腰间盘突出症的方法和护理。方法对50例腰间盘突出症患者行经皮穿刺臭氧介入治疗,加强基础护理和心理护理,术后指导卧位及康复锻炼。结果50例患者中42例术后立即缓解,疼痛减轻;随访3～6个月,有效率达95%以上。结论正确的护理措施能提高手术疗效。
Objective To investigate the interventional methods and care of lumbar disc herniation with ozone.Methods 50 patients with lumbar disc herniation were treated with percutaneous intervention of ozone treatment,strengthening the basic nursing and psychological care,guidance of lying and the postoperative rehabilitation exercises.Results In 50 patients,42 cases achieved immediate relief of postoperative pain mitigation.After follow-up 3 to 6 months,the effective rate was above 95%.Conclusion The proper care measures can improve the surgery efficacy.
