摘要
以脱硫石膏为研究对象,采用XRD、SEM、成分分析、粒径分析等测试手段综合分析了脱硫石膏的化学和物相组成、形貌特征和粒径分布等物理化学性能;以脱硫石膏煅烧工艺为研究对象,分析了在煅烧工艺各阶段中不同温度、时间等对煅烧脱硫石膏性能的影响。结果表明,脱硫石膏和天然二水石膏在物理性质、化学性质和矿物组成上都极为相似;脱硫石膏煅烧工艺中预烘干阶段工艺参数为:烘干温度50℃,烘干时间2.5h;煅烧阶段工艺参数为:煅烧温度150℃,煅烧时间2h。
Desulfurized gypsum are researched in the paper from the aspects of chemical and phase composition, characteristics of the shape and appearance and size distribution by XRD, SEM, component analysis and particle size analysis. Meantime analyses the influence of different temperature and time on the performance of desulfurized gypsum. The results shows that physical properties, chemical properties and mineral component of desulfurized gypsum are similar with natural gypsum; the parameters for preliminary drying process are 50 ℃ of drying temperature and 2.5 h of drying period; the parameters for calcining process are 150 ℃ of calcining temperature and 2 h of calcining period.
