摘要
目的研究奥罗糊剂(奥硝唑+罗红霉素)的根管消毒作用效果。方法从临床选择76例需要进行根管治疗的患者(共85颗患牙),随机分为两组:实验组(43颗)用奥罗糊剂根管封药,对照组(42颗)使用FC进行根管消毒,进行观察疗效。结果奥罗糊剂组的疗效明显高于FC组,经统计学处理(P<0.01)有显著性差异。结论奥罗糊剂是较好的根管消毒剂,能有效控制根管内的感染。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ornidazole-roxithromycin paste on root canal disinfection. Methods A total of 76 patients （85 teeth） were divided into 2 groups. In the experimental group （43 teeth）,the ornidazole-roxithromycin paste was used for root canal disinfection; while formo cresol was used in the control group （42 teeth）. Results The success rates of ornidazole-roxithromycin paste and formo cresol were 95.35 % and 73.81%,respectively. The difference was statistically significant （ χ2=33.19,P0.01 ）. Conclusion ornidazole-roxithromycin paste might be more efficient than formo cresol on root canal disinfection.
