CT诊断在股骨头缺血性坏死中的作用

Action of CT Diagnosis on Avascular Necrosis of Femoral Head

目的探讨CT在早期股骨头缺血性坏死诊断中的作用。方法将40例已确诊为股骨头缺血坏死患者的CT表现进行分析。结果本组40例中,早期发现18髓,中期发现15髓,晚期发现7髓。结论CT对早期诊断股骨头缺血性坏死有很重要的作用,有利于早期诊断。

Objective To discuss the action of CT diagnosis on avascular necrosis of femoral head. Methods The CT images of 40 cases who were diagnosed as ANFH were analyzed. Results There was obviously changes on CT that lead diagnosis of ANFH. Conclusion The CT might play important role in early diagnosis of ANFH.
