基于PREISACH模型的压电陶瓷定位控制

摘要 压电陶瓷的迟滞非线性特性是影响其定位精度的主要因素之一。本文采用Preisach模型对压电陶瓷进行建模,并采用不完全微分的PID控制策略,通过实验比较其不同控制策略下的定位误差,证明此方法适用于对压电陶瓷进行高精度定位。 The hysteresis of PZT is one of the factors that affacting PZT's positioning accuracy.The PZT is modeled with the Preisach model.A incomplete derivative PID control method is used in the experiment.By comparing the positioning error of this control method with other's,the paper proved that the incomplete derivative PID control method based on Preisach model hold good for high precise positioning of PZT.
