摘要
隧道运营成本中,电费支出一直占主要部分,因此隧道通风的节能具有重大意义。但由于隧道通风的运行环境不可重复,以及隧道本身的离散性与时变性,一般通风控制策略的调整和优化难以进行。通过在MATLAB上建立模糊控制算法,用FLUENT软件建立岩门界隧道CFD模型,采用UDF(User-Defined Function)共享数据库进行动态数值仿真;对模糊控制规则表进行多次优化;对常规分档控制策略与模糊控制策略进行定量比较分析。实验数据表明,相对于传统分档控制算法,在同一样本数据下,模糊控制算法的节能效果达到了9.8%。
The electricity cost has accounted for a major part of the tunnel operating costs.Therefore,it has great significance to save energy from tunnel ventilation.However,because of the operating environment of tunnel ventilation can not be duplicated,as well as the tunnel itself has the dispersion and time-varying,the general ventilation control strategy is difficult to be adjusted and optimized.This paper established fuzzy control strategy by MATLAB,and CFD model of YANMENJIE tunnel by FLUENT.Using UDF (UserDefined Function) shared database for dynamic numerical simulation.Repeatedly optimize for fuzzy control rule table.Carry out quantitative analysis between traditional control strategy and fuzzy control strategy.The result of experiment shows that fuzzy control strategy save 9.8% energy compared with traditional control strategy within a same sample date.
