企业与大学技术合作的绩效:基于合作治理视角的实证研究

The Performance of U-I Technological Cooperation:An Empirical Research on Cooperative Governance Mechanism

本文从合作治理角度实证分析了契约治理、关系治理与产学合作绩效的关系。采用北京地区企业的数据,运用层级回归方法,本文得到如下结果:第一,事先信任、专用资产、技术属性是影响契约治理的重要因素;第二,专用资产、技术属性对事先信任与契约治理的关系具有调节作用;第三,关系治理机制能够显著的提升合作绩效。而契约治理机制与合作绩效呈倒U型关系,最后,对本文研究的不足和未来的研究方向做了进一步的探讨。

From the governance perspective, this paper tries to contribute to this research field. On the data of firms in Beijing, the empirical study find ： （ 1 ） initial trust is negative correlative to the contract terms ; （ 2 ） asset specificity, and attributes of technology both have significant effect on the contract governance. And these factors have moderating effect on initial trust; （3）relation governance has positive effect on the cooperative performance, contract governance has an inverted U relationship with the cooperative performance. Finally this paper discusses some limits and gives some advice for the future research.
