南宁市无偿献血人群Rh血型表型分布调查

Investigation of Distribution of Rh Blood Type of Blood Donation Volunteers in Nanning

目的通过调查南宁市无偿献血人群Rh血型分布情况,了解不同表型的比例,为建立Rh血型表型数据库提供依据。方法对南宁市无偿献血者28 013名进行Rh血型系统表型检测,计算出各血型的分布比例,并建立Rh血型表型数据库。结果CCDee比例最高,其后依次为CcDEe和CcDee;Rh(D)阴性73人,占0.26%。结论建立Rh血型表型数据库对保证合理计划用血及应急供血具有重要的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the distribution of Rh blood type of blood donation volunteers in Nanning,establish the databank of the blood type,and find out the proportion of varying Rh blood type.Methods 28 013 blood donation volunteers in Nanning were enrolled into the investigation,the distribution of Rh blood type of blood donation volunteers were tested and the proportion of varying blood type were calculated,and then the databank of Rh blood type were established.Results The highest percentage of the Rh phenotypes was CCDee,and CcDEe/CcDee being the second,the third,respectively.73 Rh（D）donors were negative,accounted for 0.26%.Conclusion Establishing the databank of Rh blood type ensured blood-supply reasonably and it is of great clinical value to emergent blood-supply.
