单片机在挂面烘房温湿度自动控制中的应用

Automatic Control over Temperature and Humidity in the Vermicelli's Oven by the Chip Microcomputer

挂面烘房温湿度控制的好坏直接影响挂面生产的质量。本文介绍了以单片微机为控制核心，采用闭环控制系统，通过预设定工艺曲线，实现了挂面烘房各温湿点的自动控制，减轻了工人的劳动强度，解决了挂面生产过程中因温湿度原因而造成的酥条问题。

The vermicelli's quatity is influenced by the control over temperature and humidity in the vermicelli's oven .In this paper, the method for solving crisp vermicelli is described.The chip microcomputer is a control center. The system of control-rounds is adopted, the temperature and humidity are automaticly controled in the vermicelli's oven by the technology design.
