脑钠肽对2型糖尿病患者并发冠心病的预测价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨2型糖尿病患者血中脑钠肽(BNP)水平与患者并发冠心病的关系,以了解BNP能否预测2型糖尿病患者并发冠心病,了解BNP与不同类型冠心病的关系。方法测定180例2型糖尿病并发冠心病患者血中BNP水平,同时测定180例单纯2型糖尿病患者BNP水平,比较两组患者BNP的差异和不同类型冠心病患者之间BNP的差异。结果2型糖尿病并发冠心病患者BNP水平显著高于单纯2型糖尿病患者(P〈0.01);不同类型冠心病患者BNP水平存在显著差异(P〈0.01)。结论2型糖尿病并发冠心病与BNP水平密切相关,测定2型糖尿病患者BNP水平能预测其并发冠心病的风险,还能根据BNP水平协助冠心病患者进行临床分型。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the blood BNP level of type-2 diabetic patients and the probability that those type-2 diabetic patients could develop coronary heart disease at the same time, thus to understand whether the BNP level can predict that a type-2 diabetic patient would develop coronary heart disease, and understand the relationship between the BNP level and different kinds of coronary heart disease. Methods Measure the blood BNP level of 180 type-2 diabetic patients who combined with coronary heart disease, and that of 180 diabetic patients who have no coronary heart disease. The differences in BNP level between the two groups, and the differences in BNP level among different kinds of coronary heart disease patients were compared. Results The blood BNP level in type-2 diabetic patients combined coronary heart disease was noticeably higher than those diabetic patients who have no coronary heart disease (P〈0.01), and the BNP level among the latter group of patients was also widely variable relating to different kinds of coronary heart disease (P〈0.01) Conclusion The tendency of type-2 diabetic patients combined coronary heart disease is closely related to the blood BNP level. Measuring the blood BNP level in type-2 diabetic patients can predict the risk of coronary heart disease, and further to help clinical classification of the coronary heart disease.
