疼痛是人体的主观感觉症状,其临床特征因人因病而异,《内经》详细记载了疼痛的临床特征,并指出治疗疼痛当遵循"标本缓急"和"扶正祛邪"的治病法则,为临床治疗各种疼痛提供了诊疗思路。

Pain is a subjective feeling of human being. Different patients and different diseases have different nature of pain. Neijing discribes clinical character of pain in details and mentions the treatment of pain should follow principles of ＂root and manifestation＂ and＂ tonifying and reducing＂ which provides clue for the clinical treatment of pain.
