复方龙脉宁滴丸抗血栓形成及改善微循环的实验研究

目的通过对凝血酶原时间及小鼠耳廓微循环两个药理指标考察,观察复方龙脉宁滴丸的药效学作用。方法选取SD大鼠,随机分为空白对照组,模型对照组,阳性对照组,复方龙脉宁滴丸大、中、小剂量组,建立血瘀模型。另取ICR小鼠,随机分为空白对照组、阳性对照组、复方龙脉宁滴丸大、中、小剂量组。观察复方龙脉宁滴丸对血瘀证模型大鼠体外血栓以及对小鼠耳廓微循环的改善作用。结果该药物对血瘀模型大鼠凝血时间有明显改善作用,毛细血管开放数量增多,血流速度加快,血管输入及输出口径增大。结论复方龙脉宁滴丸有扩张血管和改善微循环的作用。

Objective To observe the pharmaceutical effect of Fu fang longmaining diwan. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into blank control group, model group, positive controlling group, large, middle and small dosage group of Fu fang longmaining diwan after blood stasis medole were made. ICR mice were randomly divided into blank control group, positive controlling group, large, middle and small dosage group of Fu fang longmaining diwan. Anti - thrombosis on rats and improving micro - circulation effect on mice of Fu fang longmaining diwan were observed. Results This medicine can significantly improve clotting time of blood stasis rats. More capillaries open and blood flowing faster. Conclusion Fu fang longmaining diwan has significant effect on expanding blood vessel and improving micro - circulation.
