摘要
本文详细分析了全自动电话线绝缘生产线ＲＡ０９１产生故障的原因及其控制系统Ｒ０４００的技术资料，给出了重新启动生产线的有效办法，通过对生产线控制软件的修复、生产线各设备的同步调试及ＰＩＤ控制参数的重新整定，使瘫痪的生产线重新启动，并达到了原始设计指标。
In this paper,the breakdown reasons of automatic sheathing line of telethone wire(RA091) are analyzed.By fixing the controlling software,resetting the P.I.D.parameters and commisioning the equipments,the breakdown line has been restarted and the original design indices have been met.
