摘要
对样品分别以不同稀释液及接种方法所测得的菌落总数进行了比较，结果表明，多数食品以０１％蛋白胨水为稀释液时效果最好，磷酸盐缓冲液次之，接种方法涂布法优于倾注法。
The total numbers of colony of food samples with different dilucents and different inoculative methods are compared with each other in this paper.The results of comparison show that 0.1% peptone solution occupies the first place of dilucent,phosphate buffer comes the second,and that smearing method is better than pour-plate method for most food.
