摘要 采用数模混合CMOS工艺,设计了一种八阶开关电容带通滤波器以及辅助的低通抗混叠滤波器和平滑滤波器。仿真结果表明设计的开关电容滤波器实现了中心频率57KHz,通带增益20dB,3dB带宽3KHz,阻带衰减35dB。设计的开关电容滤波器在一款RDS解调芯片中成功实现了RDS信号的中频选择功能。 Using the mixed CMOS process, a 8th order switched capacitor band-pass filter and anti-aliasing filter,smoothing filter are designed. Simulation results show that, the band-pass filter for the center frequency 57KHz, 3dB bandwidth 3KHz, pass band gain 20dB and stop band attenuation 35dB is achieved. It is successfully used for selecting the desired RDS signal from the intermediate frequency signals in the Radio Data System decoder integrated circuit.
