摘要
基于DSP2407的恒温控制系统,利用热电制冷器(TEC)对半导体激光器进行高精度温度控制。文中简要阐述了TEC的工作原理和高精度恒温控制的原理和方法,并详细给出了DSP的主要硬件接口电路,和对TEC的驱动电路。软件采用PID算法,在激光器的最佳工作温度25℃的情况下,能达到0.02℃的控制精度,取得非常理想的效果。
The constant temperature control system based on Digital signal processor 2407, which use thermoelectric cooler (TEC) lasers for high precision temperature control on semiconductor. The article briefly described the principle of TEC and high-precision temperature control system, and give details of the DSP's main hardware interface circuit, and TEC driver circuit. Using PID algorithm processed, laser at the best working 25 ℃ circumstances, can achieve the control accuracy of 0.02 ℃, and achieved very satisfactory results.
