RFID调制方式测试方法的研究

摘要 随着RFID技术的发展,测试方法已经成为制约RFID发展的关键技术。本文提出了一种新的基于软件无线电的RFID调制方式测试方法。它采用4个特征参数和BP神经网络作为分类器,可以对2ASK、4ASK、2FSK、4FSK和BPSK共5种调制类型实现正确分类识别。讨论了方案设计,给出了仿真实验结果。仿真结果表明该方法具有较好的适应性、实时性和准确性。 As the development of RFID technology, its test method has become the key factor for further development of RFID technique. A new test method for RFID signal modulation based on software radio is proposed which, by use of 4 characteristic parameters and a BP classifier based on artificial neural networks, could make correct identification among 5 modulation types, including 2ASK,4ASK,2FSK,4FSK and BPSK. The design procedure is discussed and simulation results are presented. The result of the experiments proves that this method has a significant recognition accurately and real time even with a low SNR.
