摘要
PCB孔质检智能化符合企业利益。系统仿照人工检测的方式进行设计,运用行扫描技术,经线阵CCD获取孔信息,形成数字图像,在比较器中进行数据判断后,给出质检结果。设计中采用位置循迹技术,减小传动平台机械误差造成的影响;采用恒流技术,解决光源闪烁问题;利用AD9845自带的CDS、PxGA、VGA等电路,减小复位脉冲对CCD像元输出电压的干扰,提高光检灵敏度,对有效像元数据进行二值化处理。硬件设计给出了具体的器件、参数和部分电路;软件设计给出了整体流程,重点讨论了数据二值化的方法。
Intelligent system testing for PCB hole accords with enterprise benefit.The manual way is imitated in the design, the hole information is collected based on line scanning,then it's translated to digital image based on linear CCD,the data will be judged in the comparator,and then the testing result will be given.In order to reduce mechanical error,the tracking method has be used,In order to diminish scintillation effect,the constant current power has be used.The AD9845B's signal chain consists of an input clamp,a correlated double sampler (CI)S),PxGA,a digitally controlled VGA,and a 12-bit A/D converter,etc.Hereinbefore techniques is used to resolve these problems,such as the disturb that the reset pulse acts on the CCD pixel's output voltage,the optical detection's sensitivity,transferring the effective pixel data into binary form.Hardware and software was combined.The hardware includes parts of an apparatus,parameter and circuit;The software includes the overall flow,focused on binarization method.
