建立小汉字库的方法很多，但是如何正确使用小字库一般文章都是用一个实例进行介绍，没有具体的操作步骤。针对这方面的问题向读者详细介绍了建立和应用小字库的具体方法以及要注意的事项，并且提供了在ＴｕｒｂｏＣ２．０环境下运行的源程序清单。
A great variety of approaches have been applied to build the Small Chinese Character Library.But the relevant papers available offer only some examples without specific instructions,imperative for operations.In this article, we are to present the specific instructions for users to follow, principles for compiling, as well as a complete set of source programme lists. These are implemented in the Turbo C 2.0 environment.
