摘要
从缓冲包装材料的变形特点出发 ,结合对美国军事标准化手册中提供的曲线的分析 ,讨论了在不同的跌落高度、不同的衬垫厚度情况下材料缓冲特性的变化规律 ,并指出最小缓冲系数的大小取决于材料本身的压缩应力和弯曲应力 ,而引起最小缓冲系数变化的根源来自于材料的阻尼特性 。
This paper discusses the deformation way of expanded cushioning material and the variation law for material cushioning character under different droping height and different cushion thickness form the analysis of the curve in American Military Standard Handbook ,Points out that the minimum cushioning coefficient is determined by compress stress and bend stress of the material and the essential reason causing the minimum cushioning coefficient variation is the damping characteristic.
