马来西亚是东盟重要的成员国之一,经济和法律制度比较发达。其劳工争议处理法律制度比较成熟与完善,明确区分了个人争议和集体争议以及相应的解决机制,很有特色,在许多方面值得中国借鉴和学习。

As one of the important states of ASEAN, Malaysia’s legal system is advanced. The system for handling labor dispute of Malaysia is considered comprehensive, which differentiates between two kinds of labor dispute and their processing systems. Malaysia has some aspects in its legal system for handling labor dispute, which is worth learning by us for reference to improve the legal system of China.
