从作用原理上对微波食品包装材料进行了分类 ,从结构组成上分析了其微波加热性能和使用要点 。
Packaging material is one of the most important fields of microwavable food system.The article classifies themicrowavable food materials into three groups : transparent ,absorbent ,and reflective. It also discusses the materials properties and uses. It is benefitial to the further development of microwavable food technology.
