烟草根结线虫数量动态变化及田间流行规律研究

Dynamics of Meloidogyne sp.in tobacco fields in Shandong Province

我们以南方根结线虫为例研究了山东省烟区根结线虫的流行动态变化，结果表明，南方根结线虫种群数量在５月达到一个小高峰，然后下降，７月中旬为一个低谷，在１０月达到最高峰。其数量动态变化与５ｃｍ地温变化有密切关系。田间从５月底开始发病，７月中旬以后呈快速上升趋势，消长曲线基本呈Ｓ型。同时研究了根结线虫的越冬虫态及南方根结线虫、花生根结线虫、爪哇根结线虫的越冬成活率。

The dynamics of Meloidogyne incognita in tobacco fields in Shandong Province was studied.Populations of Meloidogyne incognita reached peak in May and then decreased to valley in July.In October the populations reached the highest peak.The dynamics of Meloidogyne incognita was found to be related with the five centimetre deep soil temperature.The dynamics of disease severity of Meloidogyne incognita in field was also studied.Winter survival dynamics of M.incognita M.arenaria and M.javanica were studied.
