中医药治疗慢性心力衰竭临证应用浅析

摘要 中医学认为,慢性心力衰竭病机为阳气虚衰、水瘀内停。治疗原则为温阳益气、利水活血,配合现代医学抑制神经内分泌,抑制心肌重构,从而更好地改善症状,改善预后,延长生存期。 Chinese medicine for chronic heart failure pathogenesis of Yang Qi bad, the water stasis in stopping the treatment principles of warming yang Qi, Li water, blood circulation, with modem medicine, neuro - endocrine suppression, inhibit myocardial remodeling in order to better improve the symptoms and im- prove prognosis and prolong survival.
