摘要
三阶梯止痛法是临床治疗癌痛的基本原则,但不良反应和副作用颇多,如便秘,恶心呕吐等,严重影响患者的生存质量,本文将阐述中医药如何在临床上配合三阶梯止痛法治疗癌痛。
It＇s a basic clinical principle to relieve cancer pain with three - step therapy, however, the ad- verse reactions and side effects are inevitable to appear, such as astriction , nausea and vomiting, which influ- ences the quality of patientslives badly. This article will demonstrate how chinese medicine works with the three -step therapy to relieve cancer pain.
