摘要
[目的]观察疏肝活血法治疗胆囊切除术后综合征疗效。[方法]将106例分为治疗组65例,对照组41例。治疗组采用中药、辨证加减;对照组口服西沙比利片。[结果]治疗组显效33例,有效19例,无效3例,总有效率95.38%;对照组显效18例,有效18例,无效15例,总有效率63.41%。[结论]治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。
[ Objective ] To observe Shugan activate blood method treatment after cholecystectomy syn- drome. [Methods] The 106 cases were divided into treatment group 65 cases, the control group 41 cases. The treatment group were treated with traditional chinese medicine, dialectical addition and subtraction; the control group was treated with cisapride tablets. [ Results ~ The treatment group, markedly effective 33 cases, effective 19 cases, invalid 3 cases, total effectiveness 95.38% ; The control group, markedly effective 18 cases, effec- tive 18 cases, invalid 15 cases, total effectiveness 63.41%. [conclusion] The treatment group surpasses the control group obviously （P 〈0.01 ）.
