企业人力资源管理系统对员工知识共享的影响研究 被引量:5

摘要 通过人力资源管理系统的激励作用强化员工知识共享是国外学者研究的新动向。在文献回顾的基础上,探讨了如何通过人力资源系统促进企业内员工间知识共享的问题,分析了人力资源系统影响知识共享的众多因素,提炼出基于企业情境的信任、互惠模式和自我效能等因素作为中介变量,构建了企业人力资源系统对员工知识共享的假设模型,试图为研究促进企业员工知识共享提供新视角。
