介绍了制氢转化炉催化剂托架脆裂情况,分析了催化剂托架脆裂原因,指出催化剂托架材质在高温条件下渗碳是导致脆裂的主要原因,并提出了避免渗碳情况发生的两点措施。
This paper introduces the brackets crack of catalyst in hydrogen manufacturing converter and the micro-metallurgical structure of cracking catalyst brackets in different parts.It analyzes the reasons for the cracking of catalyst brackets and points out that carburization is the main reason that causes the cracking of catalytic brackets in high temperature.The paper also puts forward two methods to avoid carburization.
