摘要
介绍了2500kt/a延迟焦化装置加热炉烟气余热回收系统进行节能改造的情况,分析了加热炉空气预热器排烟温度过高的原因,采取改造对流室炉管、变换介质及流向、新增列管式空气换热器等措施,达到了降低加热炉排烟温度、提高加热炉热效率的目的,使加热炉热效率提高了4.6%。
This article presents the reconstruction measures of flue gas waste heat recycle sys-tem in 2.5 Mt/a delayed coking unit furnace for energy saving.It analyzes the causes of extra high exhaust gas temperature of the furnace air pre-heater.Corresponding improvement measures,such as reconstruction of convection room furnace tube,changing the flow of media and increasing tube heat exchanger,have been taken to solve the problems.With these measures,furnace thermal efficiency can be raised by 4.6%.And the direct economic benefit can reach up to 5 million RMB.
