摘要 管板和换热管受管、壳程介质的双重腐蚀,换热器选材及腐蚀问题的焦点是管板和换热管。通过对压缩机后冷却器管板与换热管材料选择的剖析,认为根据工艺条件,换热管没有必要选用0Cr18Ni9,而选用10碳素钢管即能满足工艺要求。 The tube sheet and the tube are subject to the double corrosion from not only the tube side,but also the shell side.The tube sheet and the tube are the focus in the material choosing and corrosion problems.This paper analyzes the material choosing of the tube sheet and tube in the after cooler of compressor.The authors consider that under the process conditions,there is no need to choose heat exchanger made of stainless steel of 0Crl8Ni9.And choosing heat exchanger made of carbon steel of 10 can meet the technological requirements.
