摘要 在乙烯装置中有不少分馏塔,部分分馏塔在运行过程中由于多种原因会出现故障。为了快速准确诊断分馏塔存在的故障,开发了γ射线扫描检测与故障诊断技术。通过在乙烯急冷塔、脱丙烷塔等塔设备上的检测应用,准确判断出故障位置及类型,从而为车间对这些塔设备故障的处理提供科学依据,取得了良好的应用效果。 A large number of fractionating tower equipments are used in the production process of ethylene industry,and failures occur in parts of the fractionating tower equipments during their operations due to a variety of reasons.In order to diagnose these failures fast and accurately,our company has developed a γ-ray scanning detec-tion technology.With the application of this technology on the devices of ethylene quenching tower and de-propane tower,fault locations and types can be accurately determined,thus it pro-vides a scientific basis for shop technicians in troubleshooting.And good application results have been obtained.
