The ordinary fly ash calcium silicate board takes slaked lime as calcium raw material,which is only used for ceiling of building, due to low flexure strength, easily broken.One piece usually can not be used as partition.The pressed fly ash calcium silicate board takes cement instead of slaked lime, to select a proper proportion of calcium and silicate, to add a pressing section,to be finished via ordinary steam and autoclave curings. Its flexure strength has increased more than two times.The product widens application field, but the production cost increases a little, and has obvious technical and economic benefit. This paper introduces quality requirements for main raw materials, formula design, production process and product properties, and analizes the reasons which often cause the faults during production and solution.
