摘要 普通粉煤灰硅钙板以消石灰为钙质材料,产品的抗折强度低,易折断,一般单张不能作隔断墙板,只适用于建筑吊顶。研究的加压粉煤灰硅钙板,以水泥代替消石灰,选择适宜的钙硅比,增加一道加压工序,经普通蒸养和压蒸养护,抗折强度提高2倍以上,扩大了该产品的应用领域,而生产成本增加不多,具有明显的技术、经济效益。介绍主要原材料的质量要求、配方设计、生产工艺、产品性能,分析生产中常见疵病产生原因和解决办法。 The ordinary fly ash calcium silicate board takes slaked lime as calcium raw material,which is only used for ceiling of building, due to low flexure strength, easily broken.One piece usually can not be used as partition.The pressed fly ash calcium silicate board takes cement instead of slaked lime, to select a proper proportion of calcium and silicate, to add a pressing section,to be finished via ordinary steam and autoclave curings. Its flexure strength has increased more than two times.The product widens application field, but the production cost increases a little, and has obvious technical and economic benefit. This paper introduces quality requirements for main raw materials, formula design, production process and product properties, and analizes the reasons which often cause the faults during production and solution.
