Development of non-poisonous enviromental protection type profile material for PVC door and window

为了生产绿色塑料建材，根本改善塑料建材企业的生产环境和生态环境，开发和研制了以复合稀土有机化合物为热稳定体系，混配２０余种加工助剂的三组份复合助剂—ＳＲ“１＋２”。采用该助剂生产的ＰＶＣ门窗型材各项性能指标达到ＧＢ８８１４－８８要求，卫生性能达到ＧＢ９６４４－８８要求。

Three components compound processing agents-SR “1+2”which take rare earth organic compound as thermal stable system and are prepared by more than 20 processing agents, have been developed for producing green plastic building materials and improving production and ecological environments of plastic building materials enterprises thoroughly. Every property index of PVC door and window profile produced by application of the agents, can reach the requirement of GB8814-88 and sanitary feature can reach the requirement of GB 9644-88.
