The quality of librarians relates directly to the qualities and efficiency of the service. This paper analyzes the manifestations that the qualities of university librarians doesn’t adapt to the talents cultivation, discusses the basic qualities that university librarians should possess, and probes into some countermeasures for improving the qualities of university librarians.
