This paper discusses the concepts and evaluation principles of information equity, introduces the service system and terminals distribution of 24-hour self-service library of urban blocks in Shenzhen City, analyzes the functions of self-service library in promoting information equity, and puts forwards some measures for strengthening the self-service library and guaranteeing information equity.
