品牌人性化与个性化不仅是企业与品牌生存发展的需要,而且能够适应和满足消费者的情感与心理需要。探讨了中外驰名品牌人性化和个性化的经验与启示。
The humanization and individuation of the brand are not only the demands of the existence and development of the enterprise and the brand, but also can fit in and satisfy the emotional and psychological demands of consumers. This paper probes into the experience and inspirations of the humanization and individuation of domestic and foreign well- known brands.
