粉煤灰烧结多孔砖的高掺比研究

摘要 粉煤灰对环境的污染日益严重,对其治理的有效措施之一就是开发高掺比的应用方法.高掺比的粉煤灰烧结多孔砖具有技术先进、工艺简单以及砖体容重低、强度高等特点.通过试验研究,该工艺中粉煤灰掺量达重量比50%(体积比65%)以上,以水玻璃为粘结剂,采用高压真空挤出成型工艺成型,烧成温度为1040~1080℃,产品质量完全符合国家标准(GB13544-92).表7。 It's an effective way to develop a high consumption method for the comprehenSive utilization of fly ash, which is polluting the environment seriously. Fired perforated brick With high addition of fly ash possesses the properties of advanced technology, simple process, high addition of fly ash, and low volume density, high compressive strength. By trials, the addition of fly ash reached more than 50 % Wt(65 % vt). It is shaped by high pressure vaccum extruding, with the water - glass as binder. The highest fired temperature is 1 040- 1 060℃. The product satisfied the national standard GB13544 - 92. 7tabs., 6refs.
