摘要
针对卷烟工艺中烟丝远距离输送而造成的烟丝造碎问题,对气力输送过程中的影响因素进行了量化分析,并归纳出烟丝气力输送的最优条件:在矩形管道内,以14m/s的风速进行气力输送。
In the light of the tobacco breakage caused by the long distance conveying of tobacco in the cigarette manufacturing process,this paper makes the quantitative analysis on the impact factors in the pneumatic conveying,and draws the best condition for the pneumatic conveying:the speed of the wind is 14 m/s and the process must be done in the square pipe.
