外军需求论证模式对军校人才培养的启示 被引量:2

摘要 军事大国强调用工程化手段解决军事系统建设的有效性问题。探讨了外军需求论证典型模式,指出军校必须为实施军事需求工程的人才培养提供支撑,包括对军事需求工程学科方向发展进行规划,提出涵盖方法、技术和应用3个层面的军事需求工程课程教学内容,给出建设军事需求工程网络课程的设想。研究表明,军事需求工程是军事需求论证的必然要求,关键是建立健全军事需求工程的人才培养机制。 The militarily significant states emphasize the problem of the effectiveness of solving the construction of military system by using engineering means.This paper probes into some typical modes for the requirements demonstration of foreign military,and points out that the military academy must provide support for the talents cultivation for implementing military requirements engineering,including carrying on the plan of the development of the subject direction of military requirements engineering,putting forward the teaching contents of the course of military requirements engineering covering three levels of the methodology,technology and application,and presenting some assumptions of constructing the network course of military requirements engineering.The research indicates that military requirements engineering is inevitable need of military requirements demonstration,and the key is to establish and perfect the talents cultivation of military requirements engineering.
